Join our Digital division in Germany
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Digital division in the Berlin. Our Digital team specialize in providing recruitment support for agencies and corporate teams within the Search, Social, Video, e-Commerce, Digital Media, AdTech and Analytics sectors. Adaptive Digital help both established and emerging companies to hire the best talent from mid-level to C-suite across all things digital. Within this role, you will play a key role in supporting our client and candidate base in Germany.

Core Responsibilities
• Cultivating Sustainable Relationships
You will have the unique opportunity to establish and maintain meaningful relationships with both clients and candidates within the industry. Our specialisation in many diverse sectors will assist you in exploring and engaging with fascinating niches.
• Mastering The Full Recruitment Cycle
You will be able to take charge of the complete recruitment cycle from identifying suitable candidates to closing the deal. You are essentially the orchestrator of your success, with your contributions directly impacting the growth of the company as well as your own career trajectory.

Skills & Qualifications
• Proven success in recruiting or a background of 3+ years’ experience in sales or commercial roles.
• Confident and adept networker – capable of acquiring an in-depth understanding of the industry, actively
reaching out and seizing opportunities to create new connections daily.
• Proficient in presentation and communication in writing, over-the-phone an in face-to-face interactions.
• Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean and creative search methods on CRM
systems, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Ability to operate independently and embrace an autonomous, dynamic and results-driven approach.
