Candidate Referral Scheme
What is the recommendation system, how does it work and who can participate?
Adaptive Business Group will give out rewards to every referrer*. If you know someone who you think would be a good fit for an advertised position, feel free to refer them. If the candidate is hired and we end up placing your referred candidate into a permanent position, you are eligible for a referral bonus of €500 / £425 / $530 / SGD730 and an equal amount to be donated to a registered charity of your choice, depending on the currency of the placed candidate.
Everyone is eligible to participate in the referral program except for employees of Adaptive Business Group. Employees of Adaptive Business Group are eligible only for our internal referral program.
How can I make a referral?
All you have to do is email us and provide us the name and contact information of someone you'd like to recommend for a role or provide their details directly to a consultant or submit them here. There is no limit to how many persons you can refer – the more people you introduce the more rewards you can earn.

It is at the discretion of Adaptive Business Group if a referred candidate is presented to our client for an opportunity and it is at our clients discretion as to who they hire. Adaptive Business Group is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against protected characteristics. We guarantee that all candidates will be given the same consideration and will pass through our established procedures.
Generally, we encourage you to check our open positions and consider your social networks and external networks as potential resources for referred candidates.
Once a referred applicant has completed the refund period and/or free replacement period which applies to their placement as per Adaptive Business Group’s terms and conditions with the client, i.e. 3 calendar months in a permanent position from January to March, a €500 / £425 / $530 / SGD730 cash fee will be paid and an equal amount will be donated to a registered charity of your choice.
Adaptive Business Group maintains the right to substitute a comparable prize at any moment. Payments are required only on the first placement; any subsequent placements with the candidate are not covered.
Referrals must be sent to Adaptive Business Group using our online form here or directly to an employee of Adaptive Business Group.
The candidate must be legally permitted to work in the nation in which the position is located.
Referrals must come from a personal contact of yours who has accepted to be recommended and have their personal/contact information shared with you. You must be able to show verification of consent from the individual you've introduced.
The reference is only valid for referrals who have not yet applied for one of our positions or with whom we are presently in contact with in the past 12 months.
The introduction is only valid for six months after the original referral.
If you are paid a referral bonus from Adaptive Business Group, you are responsible for declaring these bonuses, including being solely responsible for paying any applicable tax, as a result of any referral bonuses.
You will be notified that the person has been placed in a role as a result of your referral, and the refund period/free replacement period will be shared with you. After the refund/free replacement period has ended, you will be required to fill submit a short invoice form in order to claim your fee. You can only be paid via bank transfer.
In the event of a disagreement between You and Adaptive Business Group, the decision of Adaptive Business Group shall be final.
