Sales Leader - Enterprise Account Management **Based in Eastern or Central time zones

 

We are working with a SaaS vendor on a mission to grow from $125m to $500m. Their new CRO is a heavyweight of the industry and has built a leadership team of growth-mindset leaders. They are looking for a Sales Leader to manage and grow their team of Enterprise Account Managers.

  • Calculated, deliberate hiring with mapped territories. Raising the bar on strategy and talent.
  • AOV $250k ARR

 

ROLE

  • Inheriting a team of 7/8 reps with hiring plans in the short and long-term.
  • The reps are responsible for new revenue from a book of existing accounts (not retention)
  • Working across all lines of business, primarily Commerce and Service.
  • Approximately 30-40 accounts per rep.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience leading teams selling to large enterprise ($1bn+ revenue) customers
  • Experience hiring and scaling teams
  • Passionate for a high growth environment

 

Salary circa $200k base / $400k OTE + RSUs
