Your Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all validation activities for products and processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal standards
• Develop, maintain, and own the master validation plan
• Lead validation planning, including master plan meetings
• Assess validation results, drive improvements, and ensure proper documentation
• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the validation team

Requirements

• Technical vocational training or university degree in a scientific or commercial field
• 3+ years of experience in validation, quality assurance, or a related technical role
• Strong knowledge of medical device regulations (e.g. ISO 13485, ISO 9001, BRCGS-CP, IFS-HPC) & statistical validation methods
• Experience in change & risk management and project coordination
• Leadership experience in a production or validation setting
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities
• Fluency in English & German (C1 level)
