Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales and represent products within the assigned territory, fostering strong customer relationships
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans based on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
• Lead product introductions, deliver presentations and training, and ensure consistent messaging to all stakeholders
• Serve as the main point of contact for key opinion leaders and represent the brand at relevant industry events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure CRM data is accurately maintained

Requirements

• Experience in selling into hospitals, care homes, and ideally burn centres required
• Background in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in wound care preferred
• A paramedical or nursing degree, or relevant experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in native German and good English are essential
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with problem-solving skills and a focus on business growth
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Showpad
• Valid driving license
