Your Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
Paid Social Media Campaigns
Develop, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Work on creative and targeting strategies to reach the right audience.
Paid Search Campaigns (SEA)
Plan, execute, and refine Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns to achieve client KPIs.
Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
Monitor budgets and bids to maximize performance.
Analytics & Reporting
Set up and manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance.
Generate reports and dashboards that offer actionable insights into marketing performance.
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
General Marketing Support
Contribute to the development of holistic digital marketing strategies across channels.
Assist in campaign planning, execution, and optimization for various clients.
Provide input on marketing content and ideas for creative campaigns.
Collaborate with the team to enhance processes and workflows.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive junior marketer who brings a combination of technical skills, creativity, and a passion for digital marketing. You’ll thrive in this role if you meet the following requirements:
Skills & Experience
Social Media Marketing Expertise: Experience managing paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
Analytics Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and interpreting data to guide decisions.
Paid Search (SEA): Exposure to Google Ads or Microsoft Ads is required; additional familiarity with Bing or similar platforms is a plus.
Creative Problem-Solver: You enjoy coming up with innovative solutions to achieve marketing goals.
Client-Facing Skills: Comfortable presenting results and insights to clients or internal stakeholders.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: You can juggle multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Basic knowledge of SEO or conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Hands-on experience with project management tools like Trello or Asana.
Previous experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools.
Experience delivering training or workshops to clients or teams.

Languages
