Tasks:
Strategic sales development:
You analyze market trends, competitors and customer needs and derive requirements for future product lines and sales systems.
Analysis of the existing portfolio:
You will evaluate our current product range, identify gaps and define the delta to competitors - with the aim of actively helping to shape the further development of our product strategy.
Build a dealer network:
You will develop and implement a European sales strategy and acquire new distributors and sales partners in a targeted manner.
Optimize sales structure:
Together with our existing sales management, you will define sales processes, standards and tools for successful market development.
Market research & segmentation:
You identify potential in existing and new markets and develop customized go-to-market strategies.
Interface to product development:
You systematically incorporate market and user feedback into our product roadmaps.
Your Profile:
Experience in rigid endoscopy is a prerequisite - You are familiar with products, applications and market mechanisms
Currently living in Munich or living in Germany and OTR to Munich
Sound understanding of product and market analysis, ideally with insight into development processes
Several years of experience in strategic sales - preferably in the medical technology or technical B2B environment
Proven success in building and managing international dealer networks
Strategic thinking, analytical skills and conceptual strength
Very good command of English, other languages an advantage
Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 20-30%)
