Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality department and ensure plant quality strategy implementation
• Oversee and maintain certifications (ISO 13485, MDSAP, ISO 9001, IFS, BRC)
• Act as the main contact for customers and authorities on quality matters (audits, certificates, complaints)
• Drive quality performance, ensuring continuous improvement and meeting customer expectations
• Develop and mentor the Quality team to meet evolving site needs
• Ensure compliance with QMS requirements and oversee product defense management

Requirements

• Degree in medical technology, natural sciences, or a related field
• Extensive experience in quality management of medical devices and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, 13485, MDSAP, IFS, BRC)
• Expertise in quality tools (Audits, Six Sigma, CAPA) and risk management tools (FMEA, decision trees)
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and internal networking skills
• Fluent in English and German (C1 level or higher)
