Partner Manager ISV - AWS

My client have hired a heavyweight of the industry as their CRO to drive the business to $500m revenue from $125m. Developing their partnerships is essential for this and they are looking someone own their relationship with AWS.

COMPANY:

  • At the forefront of AI and GenAI delivering across Service, Commerce and Internal Solutions (customer and employee).
  • Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader in two categories.
  • Traditional strongest partnerships have been the GSIs, Salesforce and SAP but AWS is rapidly becoming they key partner.
  • Goal to build partner revenue from 30% to 50%.

ROLE

  • Owning the relationship with AWS as the primary focus, other partners potentially aligned too.
  • Launching initiatives and strategies
  • Driving relationships across the business, through to senior, influential figures
  • Build a pod focused on the partner account
  • Working directly with the CRO

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience building a partner relationship with AWS
  • Delivered growth and knows how to scale a partner relationship
  • Willingness to travel as required to maximize the relationship
  • Ideally experience in commerce, CX, DX, contact centre or similar fields (not a necessity)

We have discussed an OTE of circa $250k-$300k, but there is full flexibility to find the right person, salary expectations won't be a stopper.
