Your Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage order processing for raw materials, components, and consumables.
Oversee procurement orders, ensuring alignment with demand planning and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with departments to assess needs and support production planning.
Handle purchasing and contract negotiations, backed by market research.
Manage supplier communication and relationships, including international vendors.
Prepare cost analyses, reports, and contribute to cross-functional projects.
Requirements:
Degree in Economics or a related commercial qualification (e.g., Industrial Clerk or similar).
At least two years of procurement experience, ideally in MedTech
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a structured manner.
Strategic mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
Effective communicator with a responsible and professional attitude
Motivated, self-driven, and a strong team player.
Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
Fluent in German with good English skills.
Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 13485 is a plus.
