The Project Manager will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring content is optimized for digital platforms. Essential Job Functions
Lead a team of multilingual content experts to ensure high-quality, scalable content strategies that engage global audiences.
Manage SEO and digital initiatives from concept to completion, including website enhancements, content rollouts, and campaign activations.
Optimize content workflow efficiency by implementing best practices in Asana for seamless project tracking and execution.
Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to define strategic objectives, establish project scopes, and set achievable deadlines.
Maintain transparent communication, proactively addressing challenges and implementing strategic solutions.
Partner with creative teams to align branding and messaging across digital assets.
Work closely with localization, field marketing, and product marketing teams to tailor digital content for regional audiences.
Coordinate with web development teams to prioritize technical requests and enhancements; and with web operations to prioritize engineering requests
Analysis of engagement metrics to enhance user experience, ensuring high-performing and user-friendly digital interactions.
Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating the latest web technologies and innovations into strategic planning.
Providing updates on staffing levels and customer satisfaction regularly.

Required Education & Experience
5+ years of experience with multilingual content
5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO strategy and implementation for international websites as well as experience in dealing with content and conversion optimization teams
Familiarity with digital content management systems, workflow automation, developer tools, and data analytics platforms.
First-hand experience leading digital initiatives, including website revamps, online campaigns, and microsite launches.
Exposure to web production skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), web site localization and web analytics tools preferred.
