Paid Media Supervisor

Title: Paid Media Supervisor

Location: Baltimore 

Salary: $85,000-$95,000 + performance bonus 

Company: This opportunity is with a privately held, digital-focused media agency working with a diverse group of clients spanning CPG, healthcare, manufacturing, hotel/hospitality, and entertainment verticals. 

Tasks
-    Plan and execute cross-channel digital media campaigns for 2-3 key accounts 
-    Provide strategic recommendations to the client 
-    Manage a small team of media specialists 
-    Own day-to-day client communication  

Qualifications
-    5+ years of paid media experience (Paid Search & Paid Social); Programmatic (DV360) is a plus
-    Experience managing direct reports 
-    Strong client management experience 
-    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 
-    Creative problem-solver and analytical thinker
