About the Role - As a HubSpot RevOps Specialist, your primary focus will be to support clients in implementing an integrated RevOps strategy that unifies their sales, marketing, and customer success operations within HubSpot.
Responsibilities
RevOps Implementation
Client Strategy: Liaise with clients during workshops to develop an integrated RevOps strategy leveraging the HubSpot CMS, Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hubs.
Process Mapping: Analyze and map client workflows into HubSpot, identifying opportunities for improvement to drive alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success.
Execution: Coordinate with internal teams to implement client strategies in their HubSpot portals, ensuring smooth delivery of all project components.
Holistic Approach: Design strategies that link sales, marketing, and customer success into a unified RevOps framework, with HubSpot as the core CRM.
Project Management
Work closely with the Project Manager and sales team to establish project plans.
Break down RevOps strategies into actionable tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress using Trello project boards or similar tools.
Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and escalate deviations to the appropriate stakeholders.
Host client steering group meetings, workshops, and progress updates, setting clear agendas and action items.
Proactively identify risks, improvement areas, and upsell opportunities, escalating when necessary.
Client Support & Training
Develop materials and playbook manuals to support client teams in adopting and using HubSpot tools effectively.
Deliver tailored training programs to clients, ensuring a seamless rollout and adoption of HubSpot processes across their organization.
Provide ongoing guidance and respond to client queries related to system functionality and usage.
Marketing, Sales & Customer Success Alignment
Advise clients on leveraging HubSpot Marketing/CMS Hub for campaigns, data capture, and performance reporting.
Assist clients in optimizing sales workflows in HubSpot Sales Hub, including playbooks, lead scoring, and data management.
Support clients in building integrated customer success and support processes in HubSpot Service Hub, including ticketing systems and bots.
Continuous Improvement
Regularly review and enhance client HubSpot portals to ensure optimal performance and alignment with RevOps goals.
Stay up-to-date with new HubSpot features, inbound marketing tactics, and audience intelligence tools to ensure clients leverage cutting-edge capabilities.
Required Skills
Strong HubSpot expertise, including knowledge of CMS, Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs.
Proven experience in mapping and optimizing workflows for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to lead client workshops and liaise with cross-functional teams.
A keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills
Experience with project management tools like Trello.
Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel.
Previous experience delivering training programs and running discovery workshops for clients.
A strong understanding of RevOps principles and how they drive business growth.

Enterprise Account Executive, DACH Are you a seasoned, German speaking Enterprise level Account Executive looking to explore new challenges in a hypergrowth ITOps SaaS vendor?
We’re working with a mid-sized vendor, who, having raised over $310m in funding are looking to add an Enterprise AE to the team to cover the DACH market. You’d join a 100%+ performing team, and would be the first EAE in region, working alongside a German speaking BDR & German speaking Sales Engineer. Their platform is AI driven, and allows large enterprises to prevent critical outages, improves incident management and provides analysis on incident occurrences.
What to expect:
Identify target accounts, prospect, manage pipeline, presentations and closing new business.
Manage relationships with assigned Enterprise accounts – crossvertical.
Lead complex sales cycles of 712 months.
Avg deal sizes of $250k400k ARR/$1m+ ACV.
Quota $1.2m (after Y1 ramp)
Get involved in cross/upselling to an existing portfolio of clients.
