Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager for one of our clients based in Montreal.
 

The company is growing fast with office in France, US and Canada, and they count more than 50 in house employees.

Offer: 

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our client's team on a full-time, 100% remote basis. However, this position is reserved for candidates based in Montreal.

Job description:

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in the success of the sales team. You will be responsible for managing quotations, customer follow-up and coordination with the various internal teams to ensure quality service.

Your main tasks:
- Prepare quotations for the sales team.
- Follow up on quotations sent and follow up with customers if necessary.
- Maintain close contact with customers to respond to their needs and propose appropriate offers.
- Negotiate rates for specific projects within defined margins.
- Enter and update price lists in the management tool.
- Update customer information in the management tool (particularities, preferences, etc.).
- Update information relating to the creation of quotations.
- Launch projects with Production by transmitting precise instructions from the customer.
- Organize kick-off meetings with the Production team when necessary.
- Identify customers who could benefit from process automation.
- Work independently on assigned tasks.
- Consult manager in the event of complex requests (large volumes, specific projects, major negotiations, new services, etc.).

Profile required:
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Good organizational skills and rigorous task management.
- Mastery of management tools, CRM and XTRF software.
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.

LANGUAGE: FRENCH / ENGLISH REQUIRED
