Travel: 20% -30% travel Europe-wide (Focus on DACH)
Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 + Bonus + Company Car

Our client is a medium-sized medical device manufacturer focused on medical instruments and Endoscopes. The company is growing rapidly and this Sales position will focus on bringing a brand-new innovative product to market focusing on the DACH & wider Europe market.

Tasks:

You analyze market trends, competitors and customer needs and derive requirements for future product lines and sales systems.

You will evaluate our current product range, identify gaps and define the delta to competitors - with the aim of actively helping to shape the further development of our product strategy.

You will develop and implement a European sales strategy and acquire new distributors and sales partners in a targeted manner.

Together with our existing sales management, you will define sales processes, standards and tools for successful market development.

You identify potential in existing and new markets and develop customized go-to-market strategies.

You systematically incorporate market and user feedback into our product roadmaps.
