As the Head of European Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving expansion efforts across key markets. Leading a team of skilled business developers, you’ll help position our intelligent language and content solutions at the forefront of enterprise transformation. This role is both strategic and hands-on, focused on delivering value through technology-driven services tailored to the needs of global organizations.

 


 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Lead, coach, and grow a regional business development team to achieve ambitious growth targets

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to securing high-value deals

  • Clearly articulate the impact of advanced language and content technologies, including AI-driven tools and scalable multilingual services

  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless and effective client experience

  • Drive complex proposals, pricing models, and enterprise-level negotiations with confidence

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers across multiple industries

Who You Are

 

  • A seasoned sales professional within language, content, or SaaS-driven service industries

  • 3–5 years of experience in leading and motivating high-performing commercial teams

  • Deep understanding of AI-enabled language solutions and how they create value for large organizations

  • Well-connected within the European enterprise landscape, with a strong personal network of potential clients

  • Familiar with industries such as Life Sciences, E-commerce, Finance, or Legal, and their multilingual content challenges
