Aim:
Maximising sales of their product portfolio to opticians in the sales area Germany West (NRW north from Aachen/Cologne/Siegen, Lower Saxony and SH west from Paderborn and Oldenburg to the coast)
Specialisation and supra-regional support in the area of sales and application in the area of fundus/screening
Serve customers in the region.
Maximise the local potential of the company's portfolio.
Acquire new customers in the region.
Assist sales management with key accounts and strategic customers.
Manage quotes, track orders in Salesforce, and ensure order intake.
Support internal sales and service teams for implementation and delivery.
Assist or perform device installations.
Organize or deliver device training for customers.
Coordinate with local service reps to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales and marketing for market analysis and promotions.
Organize or join events, trade fairs, and product demonstrations.
Your Profile:
Substantial local networking and anchoring in the region and industry at the eye level of the customers is crucial for success in this position – which exists or can be built up in the short term with the current job holder
Trained in the field of optics/optometry, experience in the areas of screening and diagnostics
Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, determination, sociability and resilience
