Our client is a leading company in the Patent SaaS space.
 

They are looking for a US Sales Manage to join their Sales team in a hybrid capacity. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and generating new leads to support the US sales team, particularly across products and services related to intellectual property (IP).

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients through structured outreach and follow-ups.

  • Generate qualified monthly meetings via outbound calling and email campaigns across the US and Canadian markets.

  • Research and map target territories and accounts to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Collaborate with management to tailor messaging for different customer profiles within the IP space.

  • Create strategic individual business development plans to penetrate assigned accounts.

  • Follow up on company-hosted events and marketing activities such as webinars, newsletters, and whitepapers.

  • Align closely with the sales manager to adapt priorities as needed.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support social media outreach and identify potential leads.

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting in the CRM and maintain visibility on progress toward monthly goals.

  • Meet or exceed defined monthly performance targets.

  • Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
