Join a mission-driven team as a Technical Project Manager, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth integration and implementation of a highly innovative healthcare product across hospital IT systems.
 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical contact for customers, guiding them through integration, onboarding, and configuration processes.

  • Coordinate end-to-end project delivery: from kick-off and scheduling to milestone tracking and successful technical go-live.

  • Design integration concepts for deploying medical software into existing IT environments, with a focus on interoperability and system compatibility.

  • Collaborate closely with internal consultants and engineers to organize and oversee installations.

  • Manage the full technical project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to final handover, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with customers and partners, driving adoption and retention.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.

  • Proven experience in managing technical projects - ideally in the healthcare IT domain.

  • Sound knowledge of healthcare integration standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM; familiarity with speech recognition systems is a plus.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Independent and structured approach to work, with a hands-on attitude and high accountability.

  • Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).

  • A customer-first mindset and genuine interest in improving healthcare delivery through technology.
