Working with them to maximize their use of the solutions and support in devising their strategy for everything employee comms.

Wellness is at the forefront of what they do, offering 31 days PTO, 10 wellness days and a 4-day week in August. The business is thriving, US team exceeded quota in Q1 and Q2.

  • Selling to all verticals, with ICPs in the Manufacturing, Retail, Heath and Logistics fields
  • Clients include Domino’s, DHL, PGA Tour, Samsung, Allianz, Adidas, Etihad Airways and American Red Cross
  • Customer Success hub in Minneapolis, hybrid working.

ROLE

  • Senior Customer Success Manager
  • Owning the relationship with up to 20 enterprise accounts,
  • Devise and support their employee comms strategy
  • Maximize their use of the platform
  • Secure renewals and identify opportunities for growth
  • Salary circa $120k-$129k + 10% bonus
