We're seeking a highly skilled CRM Consultant specialised in Salesforce, to join our client's team based in Stockholm.
As a CRM Consultant, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and support their CRM-related services. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce and its full capabilities, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
* A certified Salesforce professional with a strong background in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
* At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce projects, preferably in complex environments
* Excellent business development and customer contact skills
* A natural interest in technology, data, and analytics
* A general knowledge of technology and a willingness to participate in technical projects related to solutions outside of the Salesforce platform
* Courage and curiosity to take on new projects and solutions, even in areas where you have no previous experience
* Experience leading transformation projects, preferably with a focus on Salesforce and integration with other systems

This role isn't just change management and strategy, it's key responsibilities at the core are integration and adaptation of Salesforce for new and existing clients.
This role requires fluent English, and ideally should bring a fluency in Swedish (however this is not a hard requirement, just a strong preference).
The role requires at least 1 day in our clients office per month and up to 3 days/week onsite at their clients site (depending on client needs).
