Sales Director - Life Science & Healthcare
US - Remote
$120k - $135k + commission + bonus
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join one of the fastest growing Interpreting and Localization companies in the US.
Targeting Healthcare and Life Science verticals, you will be responsible for managing a team, developing new sales talent , helping the team win new clients.
Reporting to the CRO and board of external investors. This role is well suited to someone who is target driven but enjoys coaching and developing new sales people.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build and develop a new sales team to focus on the US Healthcare and Life Science industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry, including developing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, project management, and operations to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives - Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Provide regular reporting to the board and external investors on sales performance and business growth
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience winning business and managing a team within the Translation and localization industry
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on healthcare and life science industries
- Proven experience as a successful individual contributor
- Strong understanding of the Translation and localization industry, including market trends and competitive landscape Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
