Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create and update complete technical documentation for medical devices in line with MDR 2017/745
  • Perform/document standard electrical & mechanical tests for devices in compliance with MDR, ISO 13485, IEC 60601-1, IEC 62366-1, ISO 14971
  • Act as primary contact for notified bodies & develop regulatory approval strategies

Requirements

  • Degree in biomedical, electrical, or mechanical engineering (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years experience working with medical device regulatory & quality standards e.g. MDR, ISO 13485, IEC 60601-1, ISO 14971, IEC 62366-1; FDA experience is a plus
  • Experience creating & updating complete Technical Documentation and QMS for medical devices
  • Ideally experience in electrical engineering testing or reviewing test reports for regulatory approval
  • Fluent in English, B2+ German required
