Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate cross-functional quality management projects in a regulated environment.
Facilitate root cause investigations and corrective/preventive action planning (CAPA), including effectiveness reviews.
Create, manage, and maintain quality documentation such as procedures, policies, and quality manuals.
Plan and execute internal audits and promote collaboration between development, production, and quality assurance teams.
Interpret and implement evolving standards and regulations, ensuring compliance across the business.
Deliver internal training and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Contribute to process optimization initiatives and support computer system validation activities.
Requirements:
Several years of professional experience in Quality Management and Quality Assurance, ideally in the medical device industry.
Strong working knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 27001, MDD, and preferably MDR.
Practical experience with risk management tools such as FMEA and quality improvement methodologies.
Auditor training is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English; German is a bonus.
Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
