Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional quality management projects in a regulated environment.

  • Facilitate root cause investigations and corrective/preventive action planning (CAPA), including effectiveness reviews.

  • Create, manage, and maintain quality documentation such as procedures, policies, and quality manuals.

  • Plan and execute internal audits and promote collaboration between development, production, and quality assurance teams.

  • Interpret and implement evolving standards and regulations, ensuring compliance across the business.

  • Deliver internal training and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.

  • Contribute to process optimization initiatives and support computer system validation activities.


Requirements:

  • Several years of professional experience in Quality Management and Quality Assurance, ideally in the medical device industry.

  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 27001, MDD, and preferably MDR.

  • Practical experience with risk management tools such as FMEA and quality improvement methodologies.

  • Auditor training is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a bonus.

  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
