Translation Project Manager - West Coast Hours

Rome or LATAM but covering California time

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee translation projects for our Enterprise clients in the dynamic digital space. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from your preferred location while aligning with San Francisco working hours (8am-5pm PT). As a vital part of our team, you will manage a variety of translation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Your expertise will provide essential support to both clients and linguists, fostering collaboration and driving project success.

In this position, you will work closely with Senior Project Managers to ensure client satisfaction and assist Associate Project Managers on specific client needs. Your proactive approach and commitment to excellence will be key to thriving in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage translation projects across all service types and clients
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and adherence to budget constraints
• Provide high-level support to clients and linguists throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers to guarantee service quality
• Assist Associate Project Managers in production tasks for specific clients

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Localization and Project Management
• In-depth knowledge of the localization process and CAT-tools
• Proven track record of being self-driven and outcome-oriented
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fluidity in a work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
• Outstanding organizational skills with a focus on prioritization
• Enthusiastic about achieving excellence and detail-oriented
• Strong collaborative spirit, contributing to a culture of teamwork
