Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Program management: Overseeing not just projects, but continuous production platforms where linguists and engineers are contributing 24/7 to a constant workflow.
• Monitoring workflow pace and being a problem-solver in managing interruptions and executing backup plans.
• Data reporting (weekly. monthly), assuring program objectives of on-time delivery, quality standards.
• Managing all client communication, which would include 1-2 meetings a week.

The learning curve will be steep, and we want the new employee to hit the ground running. Some other requirements are analytical thinking, experience with quality and vendor management, data & reporting skills, able to build the team and assign responsibilities properly. They will ideally be able to analyse the program health fast and come up with proposed improvements and solutions within the first month of engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience with managing enterprise and complex accounts.
• Experience in using and managing platforms and solutions for continuous localization purposes.
• Experience in team management, assignment of tasks and responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, analytical abilities, project and team management skills.
• Financial responsibilities, P&L of the program.
• Data analysis and reporting, gauging performance against the set SLAs/KPIs.
• Deep knowledge of RCAs and improvement plans.
• Client communication and presentation.
• Understanding and delivering against the set SLAs/KPIs and client expectations.
• Strategic thinking and planning, ability to come up with innovative approaches and solutions.
• Able to multitask and pivot quickly.
• Identifying efficiencies and opportunities to help scale localization faster and efficiently.
• Working with business applications, excel, automated project management tools.
• Ability to adapt to the fast paced, demanding and ambitious environment.
• Understanding client and quality expectations.
• Working against defined margins.
• Effective collaboration with Vendor Management and Technical Solutions Department.
• Overall understanding of the localizations industries and trends.

Location:

• EST or CET time zone.
• Salary offered: $3500-$4000 per month + quarterly bonus.
