Your Key Responsibilities

• Support product, material, and process qualifications
• Coordinate product & packaging readiness with technical and commercial teams
• Manage documentation to meet regulatory standards
• Develop and update product specifications
• Contribute to sustainability and IP protection

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering or natural sciences
• Several years in technical, project-based roles within personal care, consumer goods, or healthcare industries
• Experience with product/process validation, design control, and working in cross-functional development teams
• Strong data analysis skills; knowledge of SPC is a plus
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, and 21 CFR is a plus
• Well-organized & independent
• fluent in both German (C1+) and English (B2+).
