We're excited to be partnering with a leading organization to recruit a highly skilled Marketing Operations & CRM Manager. As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the global marketing efforts of our client, working closely with their marketing team to design, implement, and optimize their related services. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce and its full capabilities, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
* A certified Hubspot professional with a strong background in also with Salesforce across Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
* At least 2 years of experience with Hubspot & Salesforce projects, preferably in complex environments
* A natural interest in technology, data, and analytics
* A general knowledge of technology and a willingness to participate in technical projects related to solutions outside standard platforms
* Courage and curiosity to take on new projects and solutions, even in areas where you have no previous experience
* Experience leading transformation projects, preferably with a focus on Hubspot & Salesforce and integration with other systems
* It's extremely important that this person should bring strong stakeholder management and communication skills and experience. Bringing the technical experience alone is not enough for this role.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting the day-to-day management of our client's marketing tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Tableau), ensuring data quality and system accuracy
* Assisting in executing campaign operations and processes that help teams scale efficiently
* Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide insight into marketing performance
* Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Analytics) to support projects and align on timelines
* Identifying and flagging gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows, and helping implement improvements
* Maintaining documentation and process guides to support enablement and consistency
* Providing regional support while ensuring global processes stay aligned
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
* Experience working with Salesforce and HubSpot
* Some experience using 6sense or Tableau
* An understanding of core B2B revenue marketing principles like demand generation, ABM, and pipeline contribution
* A strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Comfortable turning complex requirements into clear, simple language
* Comfort working with data, platforms, and process documentation
* Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
* Strong communication and collaboration skills—you enjoy being a team player and working cross-functionally
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
