- Promote CRM adoption and educate teams on its strategic benefits
- Maintain a long-term roadmap for CRM evolution and innovation
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot
- HubSpot certifications across Sales, Marketing, and Service hubs
- Proven experience implementing HubSpot in at least one organization
- Strong consulting and project management background
- Solid technical foundation and ability to lead complex CRM projects
- Experience with CMS and other platforms (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; Swedish is a strong advantage
What’s in It for You:
- A dynamic and flexible role with fixed compensation not tied to occupancy
- Work with a friendly, open, and talented team
- Centrally located office in Stockholm
- Daily breakfast, wellness allowance (SEK 5000/year), and private health insurance
- Occupational pension and great work-life balance
- Exciting clients across industries, including well-known brands
