We’re working with a highly respected German manufacturer that develops and produces high-end devices used in life-saving applications across 75+ countries. They are currently seeking a Customer Solutions & Cloud Operator to join their digital technology team in Bavaria.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking, agile team where you’ll play a key role in designing automation tools, managing scalable infrastructure, and shaping cloud strategy in support of critical medical technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom software solutions to support customer needs

• Create tools, scripts, and surrounding systems to automate and support internal products

• Support production-level server/container/service operations and handle third-level support

• Contribute to and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools like Ansible and Terraform

• Continuously improve internal processes and ensure high-quality documentation

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification

• Strong Linux knowledge and scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python)

• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with automation tools such as GitLab, Ansible, and Terraform

• Background in distributed, networked client-server application development

• Experience operating cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)

• Familiar with monitoring systems (e.g., ELK Stack) and core networking concepts (VPN, firewall config, subnetting)

• Fluent in German and capable of producing documentation in English
• Collaborative, proactive, and open to bringing new ideas to the team
