We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on driving sales within the Healthcare sector deploying cutting edge AI driven tech.

The ideal candidate is a big deal closer with a proven track record in selling AI-enabled technology and services to the Healthcare sector and successfully closing significant Interpreting and Translation deals.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence and establishing long-lasting relationships with clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance our offerings and meet the evolving demands of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• • Lead enterprise sales initiatives focusing on AI-enabled technology solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted sectors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs
  • Close large-scale deals and manage the sales cycle from inception to completion
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

Required Qualifications and Skills

• • Proven experience in enterprise sales, particularly in Healthcare sector
  • Demonstrated success in closing large deals, specifically in translation services
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
