Location: New York, NY / Hybrid

We’re looking for an Associate Director to help guide enterprise clients toward greater success in the online world of Amazon and beyond.

About the Role

The Associate Director of Client Services plays a key role in delivering outstanding service and results for clients. This person is:

  • The go-to lead for enterprise clients, acting as their main point of contact and a strategic expert.

  • Responsible for turning client goals into actionable media, content, and operational plans alongside a team of cross-functional experts.

  • Collaborative and adaptable — able to manage multiple priorities while navigating a dynamic and fast-changing industry.

  • A strong process builder, helping to implement standards and routines that enable both internal team efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Always up to date on innovations within Amazon’s ecosystem, employing those innovations to drive measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow strong client relationships, acting as their principal strategic consultant.

  • Provide guidance and expertise to clients on growing their Amazon businesses through media, creative, and operational initiatives.

  • Manage delivery across media, creative, content, data, and other internal stakeholders.

  • Implement standardized processes and routines to enable greater team and client satisfaction.

  • Leverage knowledge of Amazon’s ecosystem (Sponsored Ads, DSP, Product Detail Pages, SEO, and more) to maximize client performance.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ account or client services experience, preferably within a media or e-commerce agency.

  • Experience working with enterprise or global brands across media, e-commerce, or related fields.

  • Fluency in media, advertising, and technology terminology — with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies.

  • Proven track record managing media budgets of $500,000/mo or greater.

  • Ability to handle multiple clients and initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

  • Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills and interpersonal finesse.

  • Ability to translate ideas into action and drive measurable results.
