Your Key Responsibilities

• Support sales teams with demos to inform clients on how the solution fits into their clinical and technical workflows.
• Build business cases, contribute to tenders and create sales materials.
• Maintain demo systems, stay current on platform technologies, and help train the sales team.
• Assist with pricing, proposals, CRM updates, and process improvements.
• Foster relationships, lead technical application discussions and deliver internal and customer training.

Requirements

• Degree in medical imaging, informatics, or related field with 5+ years’ experience in radiology software applications
• Expertise in CT, MR, cardiology, 3D pathology, and healthcare protocols (DICOM, HL7)
• Strong communicator with client-facing and presentation experience
• Detail-driven, tech-savvy, and effective in remote, fast-paced teams
• CRM (Salesforce) proficiency; familiar with regulated sales and ethical standards
• Fluent in German & English, additional languages a plus
