They are actively looking for an Account Manager for the Benelux region to join their European sales team! Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of customers.

MISSIONS
Following training with our teams, your tasks will include the following:
Account management and customer relations

  • You'll be the first point of contact with our customer accounts and you'll be responsible for renewal and ensuring customer’s satisfaction.
  • Cross-selling and upselling hold no secrets for you, and you'll develop your portfolio by expanding your contacts and mapping accounts.
  • You generate new opportunities, follow the sales pipeline and offer your customers innovative, tailor-made solutions.
  • You will be involved in responding to calls for tender.
  • As the conductor of an orchestra, you'll be able to coordinate the teams so that our experts can meet the customer's needs.

Customer database and CRM

  • You will feed our CRM with the new contacts you generate.
  • You will report regularly to your sales manager.

INFORMATION

  • Full-time position, ideally based in Amsterdam or anywhere in the Netherlands or Belgium with the possibility of remote work
  • Remuneration commensurate with experience and profile
  • Start date: as soon as possible
  • B-Corp certified company

Profile

  • You have at least 3 years' higher education
  • Around 3 years' experience in a similar position within the localisation industry
  • You are able to express yourself in Dutch and English, especially in writing
  • You like varied tasks, challenges and multidisciplinary
  • You are autonomous, proactive and rigorous
  • You are brimming with curiosity and are able to make suggestions
  • You're organised, a good communicator and you like to work in a good atmosphere!
