We’re looking for a strategic, adaptable, and results-oriented Account Director to join a growing team at a forward-thinking, full-service marketing agency.
The Account Director is a key client leader, responsible for driving account growth, delivering measurable results, and ensuring client satisfaction. This person sets the tone for their team and acts as a trusted strategic advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders. The role involves navigating multiple priorities, optimizing financial performance, mentoring team members, and delivering high-caliber, creative solutions across a range of campaigns.
Serve as the primary client lead and strategic consultant across a portfolio of key accounts.
Develop and grow relationships with decision makers and stakeholders.
Ensure all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard — while honoring the client’s goals and creative vision.
Identify opportunities to grow the account and produce additional value for both the client and the agency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, production, media, and project management teams.
Provide financial oversight for your accounts, including estimates, invoicing, reconciliation, and P&L management.
Support team members’ development and mentoring, fostering a collaborative and high-achievement culture.
Contribute to new business initiatives and participate in pitch presentations alongside the team.
8+ years of relevant account management experience, with a strong track record of growing and retaining clients.
Agency experience preferred.
Experience within home manufacturing or building materials or related industries is a plus.
At least 3+ years of team management experience.
Ability to foster strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills — a clear and diplomatic problem solver.
Collaborative team builder with strong organizational and financial acumen.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
